Test/Debug Guide
Welcome This guide explains how to use the StreamBase Studio Test/Debug perspective to verify that your StreamBase application is functioning as expected.
You can perform a number of tasks, such as sending pre-recorded data or randomly generated, simulated data to the application. You can also use the StreamBase Debugger to pause the application, step through its processing units ("operators") one data record at a time, and examine the contents of the queues. The StreamBase Performance Monitor allows you to view run-time data rates in a running StreamBase application. You can also launch a terminal window or command window to enter commands (including StreamBase commands) that interact with a (local or remote) running StreamBase Server instance.
